All consular, visa and passport affairs have to be addressed to the German Embassy in Kampala.
Opening hours
The embassy's office times are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Appointments are required for all visits to the embassy.

Access to the embassy building is barrier-free. All doors are sufficiently wide, but not barrier-free. They do not have any automatic opening/closing mechanism. The upper floor of the embassy can only be reached by stairs.
